Usability Sciences Eclipses Industry-Topping Benchmarks for Behavioral User Sessions and Customer Experience ProjectsJuly 19, 2007; 02:37 AM In January 2007, Usability Sciences was showcased (http://www.usabilitysciences.com/forrester-research-where-to-get-help-with-usability-testing/) in Forrester's report "Where to Get Help with Usability Testing" as having the greatest "number of lab tests completed in the previous 12 months." At the 2007 midpoint, the company has analyzed nearly double the number of real user sessions that were analyzed for the entire 2006 year. This milestone bolsters Usability Sciences' position as the national user experience leader in diversity of customer experience efforts involving a wide variety of user profiles. These user profiles span multiple countries and languages, and cover interactions with multiple digital channels such as the web, kiosks, mobile devices and other interactive touch points. Tim Wrobel, who led a global intranet customer experience initiative for the world's largest convenience restaurant chain, added, "Usability Sciences launched their Attitudinal Analytics® solution across five different countries and several different languages, providing a deeply valuable set of user experience recommendations. The critical insights and solutions they provided clearly demonstrated the value Usability Sciences brings to us from their two decades worth of experience analyzing tens of millions of users' behaviors, attitudes and intents." Jeff Schueler, CEO of Usability Sciences, added, "We are excited that the growth of projects and user sessions eclipses last year's success. We are also pleased by the diversity of clients, industries and challenges that we are addressing. We have been sought out for much more than website usability. Having such broad exposure to so many complex user experience problems and interfaces allows us to efficiently provide insight and findings to our clients."
