Benchmark Introduces Logo and Watermarking Feature for Streaming VideoJuly 19, 2007; 04:09 AM "Our new feature is a solid, professional way to protect your company image across the Internet," says Curt Keller, CEO of the Benchmark Internet Group. "A streaming video clip with a watermarked logo not only protects the integrity of your company's media, but it makes that rich media immediately identifiable to both current customers and potential new ones." The new watermarking tool requires no downloading and is available with a paid package. Customers can add their logo during first step up of a two step upload process, which transfers MPEG, MPEG4, QuickTime and AVI footage into Flash-format movies. Company logos can be placed in any corner of the video. After the video is transferred into Flash with the watermark in place, customers can use Benchmark's videomail toolset to create and send email and newsletter campaigns. Clients can also use Benchmark Rich Media's suite to stream their marked movie clips on their Websites. Benchmark Rich Media's paid packages start at $19.95 a month for streaming video hosting and $9.95 a month for video email hosting and delivery.
