SWsoft to Offer Kaspersky Add-on for Plesk Customers

HERNDON, Va., July 16, 2007 – Service providers using SWsoft Plesk control panel software can now add more protection against spyware, Trojans, worms, key loggers and other malicious programs. Through an agreement with Kaspersky Lab, SWsoft today announced it will offer Plesk Anti-Virus Powered by Kaspersky for the Linux and Windows platforms.

Plesk Anti-Virus Powered by Kaspersky combines reactive antivirus and spyware detection methods with proactive technologies to provide the most effective protection for hosted e-mail. The software is simple to install and set up, while offering advanced users a range of versatile settings for fine-tuning the program. SWsoft is currently offering the software as an add-on for Plesk 8.1 for Windows. The add-on is also available for Linux users in Plesk 8.2.

As part of a previous agreement between the two companies, Kaspersky Internet Security is currently offered as a six-month free trial application pre-loaded with SWsoft's Parallels Desktop for Mac virtualization product.
