SmarterTools Updates Its Mail Server, Web Statistics, and Ticketing Products

SmarterTools, a software provider well known for building stable and reliable applications for internet/Web Service Providers (xSPs) and businesses, continues the aggressive advancement of its product line with synchronized updates to its core products.

• SmarterMail—a world-class mail server with Outlook™ integration and robust anti-spam/anti-virus right out of the box—moves to version 4.2 and gains 48 added features, efficiencies, and fixes including new SSL/TLS connections, custom password strength requirements, and asynchronous threading for POP/SMTP/IMAP. These improvements make SmarterMail one of the most stable and fastest mail servers on the Windows™ platform.
• SmarterTicket 2.7—a customer service/technical support ticketing system—has added 56 improvements including an automated installer, new reports, and quick links on agent pages.
• SmarterStats 3.3—one of the only distributed log analytics tools on the market—adds inverse filters, enhanced password strengths, and a dozen more enhancements.
