Oracle Developer Conference Kicks Off World Tour in Brazil

Demonstrating Oracle's continued commitment to the developer community, Oracle (NASDAQ: ORCL) today announced the "Oracle Develop World Tour." Oracle's premier developer conference, Oracle Develop, will bring together an international roster of top technology experts in eight cities spanning three continents for two-day forums where developers can learn about Oracle technologies and best practices, while gaining insight into Oracle's product roadmap and strategy.

Building on its successful launch at Oracle OpenWorld San Francisco 2006, where more than 1,000 developers attended, Oracle Develop will tour Latin America, Asia and Europe in 2007, beginning with Sao Paulo, Brazil on March 27-29. Oracle Develop is designed to enable participants to advance their development skills, network with peers and expand their expertise using Oracle(R) Database and Oracle Fusion Middleware solutions, as well as related technologies and standards. Conference attendees will benefit from more than 40 presentations, hands-on training labs and meet-the-expert sessions delivered by Oracle and its partners.
