Examine How Well 51 Retail Companies' Web Sites Performed When Analyzed Using the Customer Respect Methodology

Ninety-one percent of the replies to our inquiries were rated as
very helpful, 69 percent of replies arrived within a day and only
eight percent of our inquiries were ignored.
