Relationship Technology provider Zaptext announced an integrated service , ZapCreator, which gives
marketing staff the ability to leverage their campaigns using
self-build micro web-sites.
Marketing staff can create a Micro-Site within a matter of hours, for
product launches , customer acquisition programmes or event promotions,
without the need for external IT involvement.
Mark Hardman (CEO) says "ZapCreator uses content management techniques
so you can produce a compelling, professional web site , with built in
CRM capability, without any web design skills. Results are highly
flexible, and 100% compliant with your corporate site"
All content is multi-lingual making it feasible to run a truly global campaign from your browser.
Clients are enthusiastic about the CRM capability, Hardman says: "The
resultant micro-site contains a configurable contact registration page
which links directly to web-CRM functionality which we provide. When
your prospect registers, they get personalised, branded confirmation,
via email or mobile, meanwhile you can track registrations via a
real-time dashboard"
The web-CRM module allows staff to automate the relationship building
aspects of their campaign using personalised e-mail and SMS, and other
contact management features such as call-back reminders, dialogue
notes, and status tracking.
Hardman is excited about the possibilities for marketeers, who often
get frustrated with traditional campaign web sites, saying "We host
everything. If the marketeer has a browser, then they manage their
entire campaign environment using ZapCreator"
