e-Commerce Shopping Cart Software Integrates Help Desk Support System

The help desk support system comes in the design of an email support system, which enables customers to fill in an online form with a question or query. The emails are then stored within the help desk for a member of the administration team to assess.

The e-commerce shopping cart's integrated help desk support system accommodates many features to make the customer support service as regulated as possible.

"The emails that come through to the help desk support system can be set up into several categories and assigned an individual manager, as default these are: answered, awaiting response, investigating, proposed solution, closed, new and request more information.
