acquired by Paradise Publishers Inc. Its newsletter, which displays

optimization is subscribed to by over 194,000 members who receive it

themselves, this acquisition gives Paradise Publishers the potential to
instantly market to tens of millions.

“Site-Reference is a tremendously exciting addition and shall
compliment our existing sites, such as Free-eBooks.net perfectly” said Paradise Publishers president Nicolas Gremion. The company
will proceed to augment revenue streams to Site-Reference to include
greater advertising space, Google Adsense, and affiliate programs. “The
site registered profits of over $112,000 in 2005, and we plan on
increasing these figures drastically through our experienced internet
marketing strategies” adds Mr. Gremion.
