SchoolMessenger Introduces SchoolMessenger ASP Plus, a Web-Based Parent Notification Solution for Education

SchoolMessenger, provider of parent-notification solutions for education, announced SchoolMessenger ASP Plus, a next generation, hosted version of its proven parent notification solution, which is in use at more than 5,000 schools. As a Web application service, SchoolMessenger ASP Plus adds always-available messaging and massive calling capacity to an existing set of tools that help educators proactively communicate with parents, staff and the community.

SchoolMessenger ASP Plus was publicly unveiled at NECC 2006, the National Education Computing Conference, in Booth #3012. The company also announced that it has joined as a Cisco Technology Developer Program Partner, in conjunction with the release of its latest education offering, SchoolMessenger for Cisco Unified Communications. This solution integrates SchoolMessenger's parent notification software with Cisco's IP telephony to deliver more efficient and cost-effective communications.
