Learning Tree International has introduced a new course, entitled Network Configuration and Troubleshooting: Hands-On, that provides attendees with instruction in configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting networks using a comprehensive set of tools and techniques.

Over 4 days, an expert instructor will lead course participants in exercises designed to help them gain experience in...

-- Configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting multiple network configurations

-- Selecting and maintaining a cabling infrastructure

-- Configuring and testing network adapters for optimum LAN performance

-- Installing a switched network with VLANs

"Professionals who are required to configure networks and resolve related problems will have the opportunity during this course to gain the skills they need to do their jobs more effectively in support of their organizations," said Jennifer Urick, Vice President of Product Development for Learning Tree International.

Network Configuration and Troubleshooting: Hands-On is valuable for anyone involved in designing, configuring, installing or maintaining a network. The concepts taught in this course benefit those from any size organization, from LAN support staff in large enterprises to end users in smaller ones that do not support a LAN staff.

Network Configuration and Troubleshooting: Hands-On augments existing Learning Tree courses, including Introduction to Networking, Hands-On PC Configuration and Troubleshooting and Advanced PC Configuration, Troubleshooting and Data Recovery: Hands-On.
