JustASKthem.com Introduces New Way of Surveying Internet Customers

justASKthem.com, a leading innovator in online customer satisfaction research, (www.justaskthem.com) announced today that it has released ASK3, a completely new way of surveying Internet customers.

ASK3 employs an inline method of delivering survey questions to website visitors; a full length survey presented only 3 questions at a time. At a time when Internet surveys are increasingly stymied by popup and spam blockers, ASK3 delivers three questions to every visitor with no popups, no spam, no blind links nor any other surprises. As the customer answers, the ASK3 box simply changes to a "Thank You" message. Customers never leave the client web page.

Every web visitor is asked a different set of three questions chosen according to a structured random algorithm. Every question set includes one overall satisfaction question, one detailed rating and one demographic or comment question. These combinations enable the client to conduct statistical analyses, including correlational driver analysis that produces actionable marketing solutions.

ASK3 prices start at $50 per month for up to 10 surveys per site. Setup is fully automated. Clients simply copy and paste the code from the www.ASK3.com website onto their own web pages. ASK3 allows a choice of technologies, inline frames, Flash or Java, and can be configured to fit any website.

"Finally web developers and small to medium sized organizations have access to advanced, world class market research," said Steve Runfeldt, President of justASKthem.com. "It is no longer necessary for them to face five to six figure prices for comprehensive market research."

Planned future developments include integration with online advertising and free MySpace and personal blog surveys. Custom ASK3 applications are also available.
