IDG World Expo and Linux Journal Now Accepting Nominations for Product Excellence Awards At LinuxWorld San Francisco

IDG World Expo, a leading producer of world-class tradeshows, conferences and events for technology markets around the globe, in conjunction with Linux Journal, the original monthly magazine of the Linux community, announced that nominations for the "Linux Journal Product Excellence Awards at LinuxWorld" are now being accepted. LinuxWorld Conference & Expo San Francisco, an event that focuses exclusively on Linux and open source, is scheduled to take place August 14-17, 2006 at the Moscone Center.

The Linux Journal Product Excellence Awards distinguish product and service innovations by LinuxWorld exhibitors and are divided into 13 categories, including an overall "Best of Show" award. The deadline to submit nominations is July 25, 2006 and finalists will be announced on July 31, 2006. The award winners will be announced during LinuxWorld Conference & Expo.
