Interchange Corporation, owner of Local.com, a leading
local search engine, announced that it has reached a major
milestone in the development of its local search business: Positive
Return on Ad Spend.
For the month of June, Interchange
generated higher local search revenues than it spent driving traffic to
Local.com, its flagship property. Heath Clarke, the company's Chief
Executive Officer, had singled out this goal during the company's last
earnings call.
"We are very pleased to report the achievement
of this important financial milestone," said Clarke. "This improvement
is the result of ongoing testing of page layouts, the addition of new
advertising units, and overall optimization of our marketing
campaigns."
